Happy Solstice! As the Sun turns a corner a new vista emerges. This is a time to decide on the best course of action to move forward and take it! The Moon waxing through Aries, Taurus, and Gemini to become full next Tuesday is helping fuel the fires of self determination conjuncting Chiron, the north node, and Eris today and tomorrow.
Today’s report was pretty feisty and on my hike home in the rain a few thoughts emerged. The full Moon Sabian symbol of the car getting smashed by the train came to mind. It spoke of recklessness. This is one of the big clubs used to keep the population down. “Don’t be reckless now!” we may hear over and over. The constant repetition of our need of safety, security on the web, in the streets, and in our relationships can be overdone. What is reckless to one person is sport to another.
On the other hand, there is the danger of being reckless, extreme, and overreacting which can cause trauma to both ourselves and others. Let’s be clear that this is a direct result/reflection of how long and how deep we have suppressed our natural instincts. If you’ve really been holding yourself back and feeling terribly ashamed or guilty for years you may just explode. It’s best to do this with another who can help hold your explosion, possibly a professional. The good news is that these explosions will lessen overtime the more you tune into yourself and be true.

Realizations of what you have been through may be strong. Reviewing past choices to make new decisions in 2024 is supported based on what you have healed, or are in the processing of understanding. Mars in Sagittarius trines the North Node in Aries at 21 deg on Dec 23 and 24, providing momentum for next steps and taking a risk. The Sun in Capricorn trines Jupiter RX in Taurus at 5 deg on Dec 27, which is a clearer direction and defined path ahead based on what you’ve been sitting on and patiently observing.
